Is Chrome worth $20 billions?

Bloomberg via MSN: Google’s Chrome Worth Up to $20 Billion If Judge Orders Sale:

Should a sale proceed, Chrome would be worth “at least $15-$20 billion, given it has over 3 billion monthly active users,” said Bloomberg Intelligence analyst Mandeep Singh.

Not sure what kind of stuff they are getting high with at Blomberg, but it must be good. I do not think it is worth that much outside of Google. It’s hard to quantify what revenue it brings to Google, but if you are not Google, it definitely is not worth as much.

We’ll see. I doubt it will ever happen. And maybe I’m just not understanding the math.
